As Malta’s top Ceilidh band we’ve performed ceilidh’s for Wedding’s and bar residencies playing traditional celtic music across the country.
Recommended by BrideMalta.com, Licence to Ceilidh has performed previously at Ta’ Frenc, in Malsaforn on the island of Gozo, not too far from the Blue Lagoon. For a Wedding at Zammitello Palace in Mgarr, close to Mellieha and Paraside Bay. We also had a week long residency at the Jazz Café venue in St. Julian’s Bay, not too far from the capital city Valetta.
Our expert Caller and talented musicians can play for fun pop songs as well as teaching and providing the music for classic ceilidh dances, making us very unique!
We specialise in working with mixed nationality crowds so our Caller has a lot of experience here and uses extra actions and demonstrations to help guests out, so there isn’t a language barrier with ceilidh dancing!
Playing regularly for destination weddings we have the experience of traveling abroad and organising the necessary logistics, so Licence to Ceilidh are the ideal choice for a Ceilidh band in Malta!
